Optimize Your Account

Try to provide as much information as you can in your profile settings. A photo and an About You description can make all the difference. Buyers will want to know that you’re a reliable and trustworthy seller; an account with little to no information may be overlooked.


Write a Catchy Title and Description

Your listing’s title and description are super important. The Listing Title is the first thing buyers will see, so try to use keywords that are popular and engaging. In the Description, be sure to include as much information as possible. The buyer should be fully aware of any defects in the item you’re selling. If your description does not match the condition of the item that your buyer received, they could be entitled to a full refund.


Take Great Photographs

Take clear, crisp photos of your items. If you can, try using a plain or neutral background. Be sure to photograph any cracks, dents, flaws, or defects. We also recommend that you include multiple photos at different angles. If the item you’re selling is sold with accessories, take photos of those, as well.


Add Video

Posting a product video in your listing’s description can provide a lot of value to your buyers. If you’re selling something like a warning light or siren, it can be beneficial to record your item in action. Adding a video to your listing is super easy. Just copy and paste your video’s YouTube link in the description and you’re ready to go!


Be Responsive

Be sure to respond to messages and inquiries as quickly and as politely as possible. Buyers may have several questions about your listings before they purchase from you. Building a good rapport and reputation with your buyers can help boost your transactions in the future.
