Are prices negotiable?

Type in your proposed price and click Send Message. Please keep in mind, price adjustments are made at the discretion of the seller, and there is no guarantee that the seller will respond or agree to your proposal. Further, any negotiations that occur outside of ReFlashd.com are not covered by our moneyback guarantee, and may result in the suspension of the seller and/or buyer’s account.
